The Starlite Theatre Company is an independent (registered charity) voluntary group, whose aim is to provide young people with a positive and creative experience through the medium of theatre and live performance. It offers the opportunity for the growth of personal confidence and self-asteem through the development of the theatre skills of acting, singing and dance.
The young people involved learn that the benefits of self-discipline and commitment are to be found in the acclaim of audience feedback. They learn the benefits of teamwork as they strive together to reach the goal of a polished performance.
Starlite believe that young people will give their best and deserve the opportunity to perform at professional venues supported by the best theatre lighting, sound and technical staff available.
